How much does a photo booth rental cost in Boston, MA?

Do you serve Cambridge, Somerville, Newton, and the suburbs?
Yes. ESP Parties serves all of Greater Boston including Cambridge, Somerville, Brookline, Newton, Quincy, Waltham, Medford, Needham, and Wellesley. We also cover the North Shore (Salem, Beverly, Marblehead, Gloucester, Newburyport) and South Shore (Braintree, Hingham, Plymouth). Travel fees may apply for locations outside a set radius.
What is included in your Boston photo booth rental?
Every booking includes a professional attendant for the full event, unlimited photo sessions, a custom-designed print template, instant digital sharing by text or email, and a private online gallery delivered within 24 hours of your event.
How far in advance should I book my Boston event?
Boston weekends, especially spring and fall, book out fast. Corporate holiday parties in November and December typically fill by September. Booking 3 to 6 months out is the norm. For peak dates, earlier is safer.
Does an attendant stay the whole event?
A dedicated attendant is present from setup through breakdown. They manage the booth, assist guests, swap props, and make sure every session runs smoothly. You never need to think about the booth after we arrive.
How much space does the photo booth require?
Plan for roughly 10×10 feet for the full setup including backdrop and prop table. Smaller configurations are available for tight venues. We have set up in hotel ballrooms, historic mansions, rooftop terraces, and everything in between. If your venue has an unusual layout, send us the floor plan and we will find a solution
Can the booth be set up outdoors?
Yes, with a few requirements. The setup area needs to be covered (tent or overhang), protected from wind and direct sun, on a flat hard surface, and within range of a power source. No rain. If your venue has outdoor space and you want to confirm, just ask.
How do guests receive their digital photos?
Guests enter their phone number or email at the booth and receive their photos in seconds. A full gallery link is also sent to you after the event.
Do you service areas outside Boston?
ESP Parties serves all of Massachusetts and the surrounding New England region. For events outside our standard service area, contact us for availability and travel details.
