The foundation was in place with over thirty years’ experience in the arts and entertainment industry – from event planning to live performance, from stage sound, lighting, and recording to non-profit management, from customer service to audience engagement hosting.

How far in advance should I book my event?
Boston weekends, especially spring and fall, book out fast. Corporate holiday parties in November and December typically fill by September. Booking 3 to 6 months out is the norm. For peak dates, earlier is safer.
Does an attendant stay the whole event?
A dedicated attendant is present from setup through breakdown. They manage the booth, assist guests, swap props, and make sure every session runs smoothly. You never need to think about the booth after we arrive.
How much space does the photo booth require?
Plan for roughly 10×10 feet for the full setup including backdrop and prop table. Smaller configurations are available for tight venues. We have set up in hotel ballrooms, historic mansions, rooftop terraces, and everything in between. If your venue has an unusual layout, send us the floor plan and we will find a solution
Can the booth be set up outdoors?
Yes, with a few requirements. The setup area needs to be covered (tent or overhang), protected from wind and direct sun, on a flat hard surface, and within range of a power source. No rain. If your venue has outdoor space and you want to confirm, just ask.
How do guests receive their digital photos?
Guests enter their phone number or email at the booth and receive their photos in seconds. A full gallery link is also sent to you after the event.
